Our refund policy lasts 9 days. If 9 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Refund Process: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and they must be processed within 9 days of the purchase order.
- Issue Resolution: Your sales and support teams will attempt to resolve any issues the buyer encounters. If they are unable to resolve the problem and the buyer remains dissatisfied, a refund will be offered.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be granted if the purchased item is broken, not functioning correctly, or lacks features as advertised on the sales page.
- Discretionary Refunds: Refunds are offered at your discretion, especially if the item doesn’t meet the buyer’s expectations as described on the sales page.
- Support Renewal Refunds: If the refund is related to a support renewal and the request is made within the first 30 days of renewal, the buyer should contact the support team for assistance.
- Evidence Requirement: Buyers must provide clear evidence to support their claim that the item is not as described.
- Significant Discrepancy: If the purchased item is significantly different from the description provided by the seller, the buyer has the right to request a return or refund
Conditions for a refund for new purchase
You must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- You are within the first 09 days of the purchase of the item.
- You have attempted to resolve your issues with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 09 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by third-party scripts, mods, servers, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- Issues related to VPS will not provide grounds for a refund because VPS depends on the hosting service.
Note:- that there is a difference between a broken item and simply receiving an error message or having trouble configuring the product to your desired result. Error messages are often related to improper setup, your hosting issue, your server configuration, or missing files which cause the item to not work.
